God, I thank you for waking me up this morning. I thank you for positive thoughts today. I thank you for a good night sleep. I thank you for my bed, clothes, home, and friends.
I pray for a abstinent day and I thank you in advance for your Grace to carry it out. I pray for blessings for my family and friends. I ask and thank you for the strength to get up and take action today. I pray for forgiveness, love, patience, understanding, and tolerance for all people.
